Marvin D. Kline, Chairman of the Board and CEO Marvin Kline is also the Chairman and CEO of LINX Data Terminals, Inc., the parent company. Previously, Mr. Kline was founder and President of Maron Data Products, a computer terminal marketing organization that merged into LINX. Earlier, Mr. Kline was employed by General Telephone and Electronics as National Account Manager of terminal products. During the 1963-73 period, Mr. Kline held several engineering positions at Texas Instruments Inc., culminating as Senior Member of Technical Staff with new business development responsibilities. Mr. Kline graduated from Oklahoma State University with BS in Physics and an MS in Electrical Engineering. |

John M. Hallmark, President and Director John Hallmark is also the President and Director of LINX Data Terminals, Inc., the parent company. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Graftek, Inc., a subsidiary of UNISYS Corporation; a mechanical CAD/CAM/CAE system developer. During the 1973-1983 period, Mr. Hallmark was Vice President of Greyhound Computer Overseas Corporation and Marketing Director of Special Programs, Greyhound Capital Corporation. Earlier, Mr. Hallmark was a Data Systems Design Engineer with Lockheed Missiles and Space Corporation, and a Senior Engineer in the Information Technology Group at General Dynamics Corporation. Mr. Hallmark graduated from East Central University, Ada, Oklahoma, with a BS degree with dual majors in Mathematics and Physics, and had done graduate studies in physics and mathematics at Texas Christian University, Ft. Worth, TX. |

James G. Stiles, Founder, Executive Vice President and Director Jim Stiles is the founder and has overall sales and marketing responsibility for HealthLine Solutions, Inc. Prior to HealthLine, Mr. Stiles was National Healthcare Sales Manager for USDATA Corporation. Earlier, he held sales and sales management positions with Nova Biomedical, Enterprise Systems, Inc., and the Codman Surgical Instrument Division of Johnson and Johnson. Mr. Stiles graduated from Saint Ambrose College, Davenport, IA, with a degree in Business and Marketing Administration with a minor in Science. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee Board of the American Hospital Association Central Supply Association. |

Ronald W. Rhoades, VP, CFO, Secretary/Treasurer and Director Ron Rhoades is also a VP, CFO, Secretary/Treasurer and Director of LINX Data Terminals, Inc., the parent company. Previously, he was President of Automated Restaurant Services, an accounting service bureau and a turnkey computer system sales company. Before that, he served as VP and Director of Operations of Luther’s Restaurant, Inc. Mr. Rhoades graduated with an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas and is a CPA. |

Anthony J. LeVecchio, Director Tony LeVecchio sits on the Board of Directors of HealthLine Solutions, Inc. He is the president and owner of the James Group, Inc. of Plano, TX. Before forming the James Group, Mr. LeVecchio was Senior VP and CFO of VHA Southwest, a Regional Healthcare System of Voluntary Hospitals of America, Inc. In the course of those activities he served as a General Partner in several medical joint ventures between hospitals and their staffs. Prior to VHA, he was the VP and CFO of the USA office automation company of N.V. Phillips, performing treasury and controller duties, MIS development and operations and business planning, both operational and strategic. Before Phillips, he served as the Director of Planning and Administration for Exxon Office Systems and held various sales, financial and administrative management positions with the South Florida branches of Xerox Corporation. Mr. LeVecchio graduated from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida with a Bachelor of Economics degree, and received an MBA in Finance from Rollins College in 1969. |
